By using Black Car Service services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Cancellation
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full fare.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted at the time of booking and may vary based on distance, vehicle type, and service duration. Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, and extended waiting time beyond the included allowance.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are expected to treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. Damage to vehicles will be charged to the passenger. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.
Liability
Black Car Service is fully licensed and insured. While we strive to ensure punctual service, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
