Bachelorette and Bachelor Party Transportation in St. Louis
Keep the whole group together from the first stop to the last. A chauffeured Sprinter or luxury SUV follows your plan all night, and nobody has to drive.

Bachelorette and bachelor party transportation from Black Car Service is a chauffeured Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for up to 14 people, or a luxury SUV for up to 6, reserved by the hour in St. Louis. Your driver takes the group between bars, restaurants, breweries and wineries, waits at each stop, and gets everyone home. Sprinter reservations have a 4 hour minimum and SUVs a 3 hour minimum, with the full rate shown before you pay.
How a Party Night Booking Works
Party transportation is booked as hourly service, called Drive-As-Directed on the booking page. Enter the first pickup address, the start time and the number of hours, then choose the vehicle that fits your headcount. You do not need to lock the route in advance. Put your plan in the special requests box, such as dinner, then two bars, then a late stop, and update the chauffeur as the night changes. The vehicle stays with your group for the whole reservation, so there is no splitting into three rideshares and no one left behind at the last bar.
Where St. Louis Groups Go
Most party nights move between a few neighborhoods. Washington Avenue downtown and Ballpark Village, across Clark Avenue from Busch Stadium, are easy starting points for a big group. Soulard, the oldest neighborhood in the city, is known for its blues clubs, corner taverns and one of the largest Mardi Gras celebrations in the country. The Grove is a dining and nightlife hub with breweries and dance floors, and the Delmar Loop packs restaurants, music venues and shops into one strip. Each is a short drive from the others, which makes them ideal for a night with several stops and one driver.
Brewery and Winery Tours
A daytime tour is a popular alternative to a bar crawl. In Soulard, the Anheuser-Busch brewery at 1200 Lynch Street offers tours and a Biergarten, and smaller craft breweries are spread across The Grove and other neighborhoods. For wine, Augusta holds the first American Viticultural Area in the country and wineries such as Montelle Winery and Mount Pleasant Estates, while Hermann sits farther west in the Missouri River Valley. Grafton, Illinois, adds river views at the confluence of the Mississippi and Illinois Rivers. Reserve enough hours for the drive out, each tasting and the ride home.
Sprinter or SUV: Picking the Right Vehicle
For most bachelorette and bachelor parties the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is the right call. It carries up to 14 passengers, has stand up headroom, and keeps the whole group in one vehicle all night. Smaller groups of up to 6 fit in the Cadillac Escalade ESV or Chevrolet Suburban Premier, which are also a good fit for the couple or the wedding party's leaders on a lower key night. A group of up to 4 fits in the Cadillac XT6 or the electric Cadillac Lyriq. If your group is larger than 14, book through the charter option and the team will plan more than one vehicle.
How Party Pricing Works
Party rides are priced by the hour. Each vehicle has a flat hourly rate, multiplied by the hours you reserve, with a 4 hour minimum on the Sprinter and a 3 hour minimum on SUVs. There is no surge pricing late at night or on holiday weekends, and the full total appears on screen before you pay. Because the price is per vehicle, not per person, the group can split one total however it likes. Book enough hours for the whole plan, including the final drop offs.
Planning Tips for the Group
Settle three things before you book: the headcount, the first pickup address, and roughly when the night ends. Those decide the vehicle and the number of hours. If guests are coming from different hotels or homes, list every pickup in the special requests box so the chauffeur can plan the route. Build in time between stops, because a group of twelve never leaves a bar in five minutes. Share the chauffeur's contact details with whoever is running the night so plan changes go through one person.
