When you book a ride or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, ride date and time, and any notes you add. We save these details as you fill in the booking form, so we can help you finish a booking if it does not go through.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Square. Your card number and billing address are entered into Square's secure form and go directly to Square. They are never sent to or stored by our website. We receive a confirmation of the payment and a receipt, never your full card number.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process bookings, communicate about your rides, improve our services, and send relevant updates. If you start a booking that does not go through, we may contact you about it. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Website Analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity and our own analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages they visit, clicks, and scrolling, so we can improve it. Clarity uses cookies.
