How Event Rides Work
There are two ways to book an event. If someone else is driving you home, or you plan to stay out after, book a point to point ride: one flat rate from your door to the venue. If you want the car waiting when the final whistle blows or the encore ends, book hourly. The chauffeur drops you off, stays nearby, and picks you up at a spot you agree on, then takes you to dinner, a second stop or home. Hourly SUVs have a 3 hour minimum and the Sprinter a 4 hour minimum, which covers most games and shows. Book extra hours for a pregame meal or a late night.
Game Days Downtown
Downtown St. Louis has three major sports venues along a short stretch west of the riverfront. Busch Stadium, home of the Cardinals, is at 700 Clark Street, across from Ballpark Village at 601 Clark Avenue. Enterprise Center, home of the Blues and a regular concert stop, is at 1401 Clark Avenue. Energizer Park, home of St. Louis CITY SC, is at 2019 Market Street, and the club's matchday guide sends drop offs and pickups to Locust Street between 20th and 21st Streets. Up to 14 people ride together in the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, so a whole suite, office outing or family reunion arrives at once. How Event Pricing Works
Event rides follow the same flat rate rules as every Black Car Service booking. A one way ride is priced by distance, so the rate from your home in Chesterfield to Busch Stadium is the same on a quiet Tuesday and on a playoff night. An hourly reservation is the vehicle's hourly rate times the hours you choose, with the minimum applied. There is no surge pricing, and the exact total appears before you pay. Sprinter one way rides are quoted by phone, while Sprinter hourly reservations can be booked online.
